You can return products in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your order. Note that a return fee of NOK 69 is deducted for a return package of ordinary goods and NOK 89 for a package of outlet goods. In a return package with both outlet goods and ordinary goods, the return fee is NOK 89 per package.
If you send several orders in the same return package, you must include a note in the package where the order numbers of the respective items are clearly indicated. When returning several orders in one package, an additional fee of NOK 29 will be charged for stock handling, in addition to the return fee.
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
1. Register your return: Register your return by logging in to "my page" or by following this link .
2. Get a return code: When the return has been registered and approved, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link that gives you your return label / return code. You can print the label at home or enter the return code at your nearest Postnord drop-off point to print the label there.
3. Prepare the package for return:
• Pack the goods: Make sure that the goods you want to return meet our return conditions, which you can find here.
• Attach your order number: Attach a note with your order number clearly written on it.
• Cover old labels: Remove or cover all old shipping labels on the package.
4. Deliver the package: Take the package to your nearest Post Nord drop-off point.
5. Track the package: Take care of the tracking number you receive when submitting the package. This number can be used to track the return and ensure that it reaches us safely.

There is a return fee of NOK 69 for a return package of ordinary goods and NOK 89 for a package of outlet goods. If the return package contains both outlet goods and ordinary goods, the return fee is NOK 89 per package. This means that you will be refunded the cost of goods minus the return tax.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. This applies to the shipping price you paid to have the item sent from us to you in the first place.

Swimwear and underwear have the same right of return as all other goods. Remember that swimwear and underwear can only be tried on over clean underwear.

A return handling can take 20-40 days.
You will be reimbursed for the goods you return once the return has reached us and been reviewed and approved by our returns center. Return handling back to our warehouse can take up to 20-40 working days.
Yes, for orders outside Norway, customs and import costs may apply. These costs vary from country to country and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check the customs regulations and taxes in your country before ordering, as such costs are beyond our control. However, we are working in the past to put in place a system that calculates customs and import costs at check-out.

For the return of a shipment outside of Norway you have to book a return shipment from DHL directly to our wearhouse. Contact customer service at hello@ivoriestudio.com and they will provide you with the return address.
