Shipping starts at 49 NOK within Norway (depending on the shipping option you choose). International rates vary by destination, and you will see the final cost at checkout.
Our warehouse usually ships orders the same day or no later than the next business day after your order is placed. Your delivery time depends on the shipping method you select:
• Standard shipping in Norway with Helthjem typically takes 1-3 business days.
• Express delivery options are available for faster shipping.
• Same-day delivery with Porterbuddy is available for select addresses in Norway.
A full overview of available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your location will be displayed at checkout.
For international orders, DHL Express typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we always do our best to ensure fast and seamless delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to track your delivery in real time!
You can return products in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you are returning multiple orders in the same package, please include a note with all order numbers clearly listed inside the package. This way you will only be charged with one return fee.
How to return an item:

International Returns: For international returns, please contact our customer service at hello@ivoriestudio.com.
A return fee of 69 NOK applies. If you opt for store credit, the return fee is reduced to 39 NOK. The return fee will be deducted from your refund accordingly.
For international returns, you are currently responsible for booking and covering the return shipping costs. We only deduct a restocking fee of 39 NOK.
We offer a simple and hassle-free return policy. You can return products in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your order. To be approved, your return must meet our return conditions and be in its original state. See our full return terms here.
Swimwear and lingerie have the same return rights as other items. However, they must be tried on over clean underwear, and the hygiene sticker must remain intact.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order.
Return processing may take 20-40 days.
Your refund for the returned items will be processed once your return has arrived at our facility and has been inspected and approved by our returns center.
After the refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
Yes, for international orders outside Norway, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. As a result, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at hello@ivoriestudio.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it arrives in stock. As soon as the product becomes available, we will ship it directly to you.
If you place an order containing both pre-order items and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are back in stock. To receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for pre-order items and one for in-stock items.
You will be charged for the order when you make the purchase.

For return of a shipment outside of Norway you have to book a return shipment from DHL directly to our wearhouse. Contact customer service at hello@ivoriestudio.com and they will provide you with the return address.
