Shipping Information

You can choose between different shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs start at 49 NOK within Norway, and we offer free shipping on orders that reach the qualifying amount.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer same-day and next-day delivery in select areas. Standard delivery with Helthjem typically takes 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are back in stock. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

For international orders, we ship with DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. All duties and taxes are covered by us — you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
