1. The offer applies only when 2 or more eligible items are purchased in the same order.
2. The 50% discount applies only to the selected items included in the promotion. The 50% discount applies to all Black Week items in the order, as long as at least 2 eligible items are purchased.
3. The offer cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or automatic discounts, unless otherwise stated.
4. The offer is valid while stock lasts and only during the Black Week campaign period (24/11–28/11).
5. If items purchased as part of this promotion are returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price actually paid.
 6. If a return causes the order to fall below 2 eligible items, the promotion becomes invalid, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.


GOLDEN TICKET


During Black Week, 1 Golden Ticket will be inserted into a randomly selected order. The selection and packing process is performed by an external fulfillment provider and not by Ivorie Studio. It is not a requirement that the order contains Black Week sale items. 

1. Prize Description

1.1. The Golden Ticket grants the winner a 4-day weekend trip to Dubai, UAE, for 1 person, including:

- Economy-class round-trip flights from Oslo to Dubai

- 3 nights hotel accommodation in Dubai

1.2. The prize has an estimated retail value determined by Ivorie Studio based on fares and hotel prices at the time of booking.

1.3. The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold, gifted, auctioned or assigned to any other person.

1.4  Hotel choice is made by Ivorie Studio after travel dates are confirmed and is subject to availability. No specific hotel can be guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

 2.1. The prize applies only to the person who placed the original order in which the Golden Ticket was received. The order containing the Golden Ticket cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged, if it is it will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

2.2. The winner must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.

 2.3. A valid passport and any required visas or travel documents must be held by the winner.

 

3. Valid Travel Period

3.1. The trip must take place between:

10 April 2026 – 10 September 2026

3.2. Travel dates are subject to availability. Peak periods, holidays and blackout dates may be excluded.

3.3. The standard trip length is 4 days (including travel days).

 

4. Required Information & Booking Deadline 

4.1. To redeem the prize, the winner must email the following information to hello@ivoriestudio.com no later than 31 December 2025:

- Full name (as shown in passport)

- Date of birth

- Full passport details (if required by airline)

- Preferred travel dates (within the valid period)

- Written confirmation accepting these Terms & Conditions

- Signed copy of this agreement

 

4.2. Failure to provide the required information by the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.


5. What the Prize Does Not Include

The prize does not include:

- Meals or beverages

- Airport transfers

- Travel insurance

- Visas or entry fees

- Upgrades, seat selection or extra luggage

- Additional nights or extended stays

- Personal expenses

- Medical expenses

- Tourist taxes or city fees

 

All such expenses are fully the responsibility of the winner.

6. Extensions, Modifications & Schedule Changes

 6.1. If the winner wishes to extend the stay or return on a later date, Ivorie Studio cannot guarantee this will be possible. Such changes are subject to airline fare rules and availability.

6.2. Any additional costs arising from modifications must be paid by the winner.

 

7. Responsibility & Liability

 7.1. Travel Insurance:

The winner is solely responsible for securing adequate travel insurance.

 

7.2. Documentation:

The winner is fully responsible for ensuring valid passport, visa (if required), vaccination requirements, and compliance with all UAE entry rules.

 

7.3. Airline Responsibility:

All flights are subject to the airline’s Terms & Conditions.

 

7.4. Ivorie Studio Liability:

Ivorie Studio is not liable for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, illness, injury, accidents, or any events beyond our control.

 

8. Force Majeure

 Ivorie Studio is not responsible for cancellation or inability to provide the prize due to circumstances outside our control.

 

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

10. Conduct & Misuse

 Attempting to sell or transfer the prize will result in revocation.

 

11. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal information will be used solely for booking and prize administration.

 

12. Amendments

Ivorie Studio reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to travel arrangements.

 

13. Acceptance of Terms

 Redeeming the Golden Ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

14. Forfeiture

 If the winner does not provide required information by the deadline or cannot travel, the prize is forfeited. Any return or cancellation of the order will also forfeit the prize.

SILVER TICKETS

During Black Week, 2 Silver Tickets will be inserted into randomly selected orders. The selection and packing process is performed by an external fulfillment provider and not by Ivorie Studio. It is not a requirement that the order contains Black Week sale items.

1.1. Each Silver Ticket grants the winner a NOK 3 000 digital gift card for use exclusively at ivoriestudio.com.

1.2. The gift card may be used in one or multiple purchases until the full value is spent.

1.3. The gift card is valid from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.

Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

1.4. The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold, gifted, auctioned or assigned to any other person.

2.1. The prize applies only to the person who placed the original order in which the Silver Ticket was received.

2.2. The order containing the Silver Ticket cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged.

Any attempt to return or cancel the order will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

2.3. The winner must be at least 18 years old at the time of redeeming the gift card.

3. Redeeming the Silver Ticket

3.1. To redeem the prize, the winner must contact Ivorie Studio at hello@ivoriestudio.com no later than 31 December 2025, providing:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photo of the Silver Ticket

  • Written confirmation accepting these Terms & Conditions

3.2. Upon verification, the digital NOK 3 000 gift card will be issued to the winner via email.

3.3. Failure to redeem the Silver Ticket by 31 December 2025 will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. Gift Card Usage Terms

4.1. The gift card may be applied toward any full-priced or discounted items on ivoriestudio.com.

4.2. The gift card may be used in multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero.

4.3. Lost, stolen or damaged Silver Tickets cannot be replaced or reissued.

4.4. If the winner returns items purchased using the gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit only, not cash.

6. Conduct & Misuse

6.1. Any attempt to sell, trade, auction, or transfer the Silver Ticket or the gift card will result in immediate revocation of the prize.

6.2. Any fraudulent behaviour or attempts to manipulate the competition will void the prize.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

7.1. Personal information provided by the winner will be used solely for prize verification, administration and issuing of the gift card.

7.2. Data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Ivorie Studio’s Privacy Policy.

8. Taxes

Any applicable taxes or reporting requirements associated with receiving or using the gift card are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Redeeming the Silver Ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Forfeiture

The prize will be forfeited if:

  • The required information is not sent by 31 December 2025

  • The order containing the Silver Ticket is returned, cancelled or disputed

  • The winner fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions

No alternative prize or compensation will be offered.
