Order Cancellation Policy

At Ivorie Studio, we process orders quickly to ensure our customers receive their items as soon as possible. Due to this efficient process, customers do not have the right to cancel their purchase once an order has been placed.

If you still wish to request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@ivoriestudio.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and full contact details in your email.

Our customer service team will assess whether a cancellation is possible. In most cases, cancellations cannot be processed if more than 60 minutes have passed since the order was placed unless a customer service representative has manually canceled it within that time frame.

Please note: If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you still have the option to utilize our return policy once you receive the item.
